Full Gym & Dumbbell Only Training Programs
Inside the group you will get access to a brand new training program every 4 weeks. The programs can be ran as either 3 or 4 days per week with options for workouts with all gym equipment, or workouts with dumbbells and bands only. The programs are created to enhance a feminine physique and build lean muscle definition in your glutes, legs, shoulders, back, and core to give you the shape you want. You will have exercise tutorial videos to each exercise in your program, specific set and rep targets each week, a breakdown of how much weight to use in each exercise per your strength level, and an exact understanding of how to progress the workouts on a weekly basis to ensure your body progresses from your efforts. No more guessing, just results.

Personalized Nutrition Coaching
You will be provided a completely individualized nutrition strategy in your personalized nutrition packet for your specific goals of fat loss, building muscle, or body recomp with personalized calorie / macro targets. You'll also get a completely personalized nutrition guide with food options, best times of day to eat for your schedule, and high protein, simple to make recipes to make staying on track easy for your every day life. No more guessing if you're doing the right thing with your nutrition. I'll handle it for you.

Each week, I am in the group giving exclusive content to the ladies on training, nutrition, and mindset to keep you on track and help keep you motivated. I'm also answering personal questions and making sure that you are not guessing with anything. The goal is to make sure you have clear and precise information so you can just focus on the actions and let me worry about your progress.
Group Coaching Packages:
Training + Nutrition (3 months)
When you choose training + nutrition, you get everything you need in order to create success. You get personalized nutrition coaching for your body composition goals, bi-weekly check ins for accountability and to help you make adjustments and avoid plateaus, access to the new monthly training programs and full access to ask questions in the group as often as needed. If you’re serious about transforming your body and want to take all the guesswork out of it, this is by far the best option for you. The reason for the 3 month agreement is because this is the time needed to help you make a big impact on your body. So if you’re not willing to give it 3 months, you’re not in the correct mindset to be coached yet. Once purchased, your payment will repeat every 3 months until you wish to cancel.
Training Only (month to month)
When you choose training only, you will gain access to the group and the monthly training programs immediately. You have full access to ask questions in the group as often as needed, but will not get nutritional protocols or check ins for accountability. If you’re nutrition is already dialed in, but you’re struggling to have a proper structure in the gym, this is a great option. Your payment will repeat every month until you wish to cancel.
