Who is Chaz?
Hey! My name is Chaz Spackman.
I’m a dad, husband, big time foodie, and exercise / nutrition consultant living in the mountain man state of Idaho.
Professionally, I have worked with everyone from teenagers, women, men and senior citizens inside the walls of our gyms doors and right here on the internet. I have been fortunate in having the ability to help many people burn fat, build muscle, and strengthen their bodies.
I absolutely love getting to have an impact in other people’s journey. Honestly, it doesn’t even feel like work, it’s more of a passion.
As a coach, I feel it’s important that I walk the walk just as much as I talk the talk. I work vigorously on my own physique goals so that I’m able to take the application and trials I’ve done myself to help you be more successful paired with my education, previous client experiences, and certifications.
Outside of fitness, I’m all about enjoying/finding good food, spending time with our little girl, and experiencing life to the fullest with my wife and close ones.
Who is Claira?
Hi! I’m Claira Spackman.
First and foremost, I am a wife and mama. Nothing brings me more joy than adventuring with my two babies!
As for my work life, there is nothing I enjoy more than helping women get out of the trap of restrictive dieting and finding their balance with food, exercise, and life! Working full-time and being a mama, I know that time is SO valuable. As a coach, I make sure that I am doing everything in my power to make your fitness journey accessible and sustainable, just like I make it in mine!
I believe that fitness is more than just a small waistline, to me its more about the ability to be able to go on hike in this beautiful world, chase your kids on their bikes, go out to eat with friends and not worry about what to order, and most importantly, feel confident in yourself and how you feel in your body.
Each new client that comes into my life helps me grow just as much as I help them. It is so rewarding for me to see women’s outlook on food, their body image, and mindset change in the time that we work together.

A: Chaz works with both males and females. Claira works with females only.
Q: Is this a typical chicken and broccoli meal plan with a set workout schedule I have to abide by?
A: No, not even close. We’ll create a plan that is 100% individualized to your lifestyle, experience level, and goals. Any successful fitness plan needs to be comprised of foods and workouts you enjoy. We’ll guide you on how to make fitness a sustainable and positive part of your life, not a dreadful and avoided one.
