I made every mistake in the book when I started on my own journey over 10 years ago: 
  • CUT CARBS
  • BINGE EATING
  • BANNED SUGAR
  • TRIED TO EAT "CLEAN"
  • HAD THE "ALL IN' OR "ALL OUT" MENTALITY
  • STAYED IN A CALORIE DEFICIT WAY TOO LONG
  • FOCUSED MORE ON CARDIO THAN STRENGTH
YOU NAME IT, I’VE MOST LIKELY TRIED IT OR STRUGGLED WITH IT.  WHICH ULTIMATELY LED TO ONE THING… FRUSTRATION.

Being honest… most people probably would have gave up at some point given all the crap I went through.  Luckily, I persevered.  I knew there had to be a way to get in great shape without it having to be so damn hard.  After way too many hours studying and trial and error with all the BOGUS information the internet has to offer… I found what worked.  FINALLY.

The crazy thing though was that it had nothing to do with grilled chicken and broccoli for every meal of the day, particular times of the day that you ate, or anything to do with hours of cardio.

It came down to a simple pyramid (one for training and one for nutrition) that I adopted from one of the top researchers and O.G. coaches in the fitness space, Eric Helms – PHD.

Who would’ve guessed… Science ACTUALLY works.

I became obsessed with the evidence based strategies of training and nutrition and learned how ANYBODY can create amazing, long term results in terms of fat loss and body composition given you implement the law of thermodynamics, emphasize particular macronutrients, manipulate adaptions when it comes to exercise and strength, and create a plan of periodization for both nutrition and training to keep the mind, metabolism, and body in an optimal state.

With that said, everything I teach is based in research and practicality.

  Not to mention it’s all solidified in years of experience and amazing success.
