You are unique, don’t copy someone else

Social media has done a lot for the fitness industry in the past few years.  Good and bad. It has definitely helped people find inspiration to help them reach their goals, but there’s also a huge problem with this.

Not everyone out there is actually what they are all hyped up to be. A lot of the fitness “gurus” on social media only show you what they want you to see.  They show you all their pictures of when their body is in peak condition and make you believe you can look like this if you just pay for their program.  They put out workout and diet regimes that worked for them and expect that the exact same thing is going to work for you.  Don’t get me wrong, some of them are very good! But not all are specifically tailored just for you.

Eat the exact same foods that they eat and do the exact same amount of training and cardio that they do.  Seems like it makes sense right?  If it worked for them, obviously the same thing is going to work for you!

WRONG.

Each and every one of us is unique.  We all need a different amount of calories.  We all need different amounts of cardio depending on what our goals are. Every BODY is different in their own unique and special way. But most importantly, we all need coaches that understand this and point us in the right direction.

It would have saved my wallet a lot of triumph if I would have known this from the start.  If you have previously bought coaching  from someone that gives you a generic plan and sends you on your way.. I’m sorry, but you have most likely been scammed.

No worries though.  Here at Lost and Lifting, if you are committed to yourself, we’re committed to you.  No more cookie cutter plans.  We’ll show you the ins and outs of flexible dieting with day by day interaction.  The only thing better for us than improving our own lives, is helping YOU improve yours.  We’re here to help create a tailored plan to YOUR uniqueness that will help you reach your goals.

The best part of all?

Once you are done with us, you’ll never have the need to pay for another coach again! That’s what it’s all about.  You will get the lifelong tools that will teach you to coach yourself.  Unless of course you still need that little nudge of encouragement here and there. We’ll always be here!

Shoot us an email so we can talk things over and see if we’re the match you’ve been looking for.  Our contact info and coaching plans are on our homepage in the menu.
Looking forward to it!

Happy lifting!
